OpenHouseFinder is an online platform that helps users discover real estate open houses and property information. It also provides tools for realtors and mortgage lenders to create, schedule, and publish social media content about open houses on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

• All property listings and information are provided for informational purposes only. We do not verify accuracy, completeness, or availability.
• We do not guarantee the quality, legality, or suitability of any property or transaction.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or use features that require registration. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts and Social Media Connections

• Browsing public open houses does not require an account.
• Creating an account or connecting social media accounts is optional but required to use publishing features.
• When you connect your Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, or YouTube account, you authorize us to post content only when you explicitly instruct us to do so (e.g., "Publish Now" or scheduled post).
• You are solely responsible for the content you create and publish. You must ensure all posts comply with each platform's rules and applicable laws (including real estate advertising regulations).

You may disconnect any social media account at any time through the Social Media Connections section in your account settings.

4. User-Generated Content and Posting

You retain ownership of the content you create (captions, images, videos, etc.). By posting or scheduling content through the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of publishing it to your connected social media accounts.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is false, misleading, or deceptive (especially regarding property details, pricing, or availability)
• Violates any real estate advertising laws or regulations
• Infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Contains spam, malware, or harmful code

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any content that violates these Terms.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or qualifications as a realtor or lender
• Attempt to access or use another user's account without permission
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically copy content from the Service
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Service

6. No Professional Advice or Agency

Nothing on the Service constitutes real estate, legal, financial, or professional advice. Your use of the Service does not create any agency, brokerage, fiduciary, or professional relationship with OpenHouseFinder.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and software on the Service are owned by or licensed to OpenHouseFinder. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services and Platforms

The Service integrates with third-party social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their actions, content moderation, or changes in service.

When you authorize us to post on your behalf, you remain fully responsible for compliance with each platform's rules.

9. Availability and Modifications

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpenHouseFinder and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OpenHouseFinder, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:
