NEXA Dual-Graph Admin
NEXA uses two structures: a recruiting downline (who brought whom) and an optional branch / DBA (who sits in which office). They are not the same.
• Revenue-share display is three levels. Vacated sponsors become a NEXA Corporate seat. Trees do not compress.
• L2 unlocks at 5 producing Level-1 officers. L3 unlocks at 10. Producing = at least one funded loan this payable month.
• Override dollars are not calculated until funded loans are imported.

Idempotent. Creates one corporate Organization (NMLS 1660690) + one NEXA Corporate placeholder Lender. No fake branches or people.
